This is what the SCAM ARTIST JOHN MATTHEWS does.
He NEVER replies to emails or texts as that has a paper trail.
He talks to certain people on the phone, telling them how great things are coming, how he is building his business, how he works hard, he "whispers" something is coming "soon".
Those people then "spread the word" via many different sources.
The conned people buy up the stock as they dilute.
Wash rinse repeat.
