What non public info? Who is asking for that? Asking for updates on what’s put out there is now an MNPI? That’s beyond funnny...
Just take a look at the previous quarterlies and list the catalysts then see what portion of them are mentioned in the next one or two. I think you should take over the company. As a shareholder, I am not happy with 8.6 bid a day before a case which can be a big catalyst. Every shareholder is not a flipper and you need to understand that. Finally, CEOs and BoD work for shareholder value maximisation. What you claim is not right. Take a look at the BoD compaosition of this company as well. Good luck to you.
