Having court minutes on Thursday depends upon whether the judge was telling the truth about criminal trials. If there are on-going criminal trials then the judge will not have time to post the court minutes until sometime the following week. I am still confused about these on-going trials. If they are on-going on December 7, why are they not also on-going on December 6 (the new date of the DECN/J&J hearing). Either December 6 is set for afternoon only trials or the whole story is a sham. And if it is a sham, why?
