IMHO - This information certainly appears to imply that Ropes & Gray will certainly prevail in their attempt to get Friday's ruling overturned, resetting the path of the litigation going forward toward settlement in favor of SFOR! As has been mentioned here over the past couple of days, Friday's ruling is nothing but a speed bump, and once resolved will further strengthen our case and the process moving forward in other cases as well!
