I agree. I was under the impression that there were Prior are patents being used by SecureAuth to challenge SFOR's patents.
What bothers me most is what is the point of having a PTAB? What a waste 6 months.
There is no way this judge could have done enough research on the SFOR patents, with his case load.
The PTAB only does patent validation on each claim in question for months. And in SFOR's case ALL claims held strong!
I am curious to see how this pans out with R&G.
There is no way this is over. Thats why there are appeal process.
Im going to be watching the others progress and hope for news soon on Mcafee.
