Really if we sit back and put this in perspective it’s just one ruling in one case. Rulings are made to be appealed. No doubt our lawyers will do just that and Kaye stated that they will. This really changes nothing. We have the PTAB validating our patents. I’m pretty sure their analysis was much more thorough then this California Judge. I’m just going to let this all play out. We probably will see some major games with the SP come Monday. I will not be selling one share.
