The judge didn't rule that our patents are invalid. He ruled that SecureAuth is not infringing on our patents. Ropes and Gray will prove him wrong but it will take time in their case. Some of these and future lawsuits will go through this. Some courts will be rocket dockets and some won't. It's all part of the process. Just be happy that Centrify threw Duo and Trustwave under the bus and admitted that they are infringing and need to settle.
