Defending against the complaint is the defendant
The ruling was absolutely not in SFOR’s favor. If it were in SFOR’s favors, why would Mark L. Kay come to this board and state that they will appeal the ruling through their team of attorneys?
They wouldn’t. If it were in SFOR’s favor, SFOR and their attorneys would not consider appealing it.
