Unfortunate. But according to Kays post they will be appealing. I'm not sure what the 101 is, if anyone can explain. TIA.
This is typical of California courts.
PTAB rules the patents valid, but a the judge knows better. Didnt even take it to trial. Seems like abuse of power or possably someone knows the judge.
Appealing should get another judge.
California is the state that just ruled that Zarate (prior criminal history) only got charged for posessing a gun, but didnt get convicted in the killing of Kate Steinle (shot in the back just walking with her dad on the boardwalk).
Oh well.
Lets see what happens with the other cases.
