If I remember correctly a while ago, one of the infringers (SecureAuth???) introduced 2 cases from federal circuit court and tried to claim SFOR's patent is unpatentable. (One of them seems to have something to do with barcode.) I can't find the post and can't remember exactly how our lawyers fought back.
But the main points from our lawyers as I can remember are one of the cases is completely nonsense to our case, i.e., orange to apple, and the other is actually in favor of SFOR's claim.
Does anyone have the same impression about this? IMO the invalid "Asserted Patent" means the patent in one of the 2 cases and our patent is solid.
