This is due, in my opinion, to a flaw in the US legal system. Many other countries routinely award costs and damages to victims of unethical lawfare. That’s not the case in the US. Another major flaw in our system is the SEC’s apparent disregard for short attacks and the tools they use, such as naked shorting.

I will call Finra early next week if the *data* is delayed after Monday .. presuming
this is a minor glitch that will be rectified by Finra .. in short order ..
