Help me out here and please correct me if I'm wrong. I went back and read both Z's and Drifter's posts on October 3 concerning this.
It states the following in one of the links
Proceedings: DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO DISMISS (DKT. 87) The motion hearing is held. Counsel address the Court with respect to Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (the “Motion”). The Motion is taken UNDER SUBMISSION and a ruling will be issued. Counsel shall lodge their respective demonstrative presentations no later than October 5, 2017. IT IS SO ORDERED. :47 Initials of Preparer ak Case 2:17-cv-04314-JAK-SK Document 113 Filed 10/02/17 Page 1 of 1 Page ID #:2464
Is it possible that they heard the case for dismissal before the PTAB ruling therefore not allowing it to impact the Motion to Dismiss?
I'm going to hold and wait everything out but I'm not reading the "Granting of Dismissal" the many of you are.
While I consider myself to be fairly intelligent, that doesn't really translate into Law and legal terminology. so again, please correct any mistakes or misreadings.
