I concur with you Split and Gator. The ruling is in our favor, as they are asking the defendants, and the plaintiff, to come up with a settlement agreement. And also, it states that what's Moot (debatable) is if the defendants were really infringing on purpose. I hope we are correct, and the victory is ours.
