I don't see this as a roadblock at all. Most of these companies are BILLION dollar outfits that are paying huge money to lawfirms to defend them. Positioning (which is all that this is) will happen over and over again with all Litigations that SFOR pursues because it's all part of the process. We can't think that the Infringers aren't going to try any and every card they can to reduce damages. The fact that another Infringer yesterday has agreed to settle but is trying to get away with as little damage as possible should always be expected.
