Far from it. Defendants simply get to amend their complaint to include the prior art they should have found in the first place, that was used in the Entrust case. But we know SFOR still got Entrust to settle, even in the face of whatever that prior art might be, so while it is not ideal for SFOR, it is in NO WAY a deathblow. Just another speed bump.
