Imo yes. But there is only a finite amount of shares to convert. The latest note from November has been converting since before groundbreaking. This will end as there is a limit. I estimate just over 30 million shares and well over 20 million have been converted already.

I do believe they have financing coming, but these things take time. So we wait. Not pleasant, but if there is financing, this becomes a different situation imo.
