Just posted. Judge Falk granted Defendants' informal application for leave to amend their invalidity contentions:
THESE MATTERS having come before the Court for an on-the-record conference on December 1, 2017; and the Court having discussed the status of the case with counsel, including outstanding discovery matters; and Defendants having made an informal application for leave to file amended invalidity contentions (ECF No. 118); and the parties having submitted opposition and reply papers (ECF Nos. 119, 121); and for the
reasons stated on the record, which are incorporated herein at length; and for good cause shown;
IT IS on this 1 day of December 2017,
ORDERED that, Defendants’ application for leave to amend their invalidity
contentions is GRANTED.
