We have had two arrested and sentenced to prison for Vehicular Manslaughter for driving and using a cell phone(distracted driving) in our area. One across the state from us was a Police Officer who off duty struck a car while using his phone and a two year old boy died. HIs sentencing is soon. The outrage is getting louder and our apps are gonna be needed real soon. In a big way to save lives.
