Agree with your “thoughts”. If I was GC I let the stock split after trading today then at some point this weekend or before market opens Monday morning I drop the hammer PR. Wouldn’t consider the reverse split until I had the hammer to drop. But I’m not GC so I too am just thinking out loud...
