$OTTV Pre-Open Dec 1. MM ARCA just bid .0024 - wants shares. Cancel any sell orders at .0023 and .0024 - some still showing from other MMs.
If sell orders at .0023 and .0024 get cancelled pre-market, OTTV will gap up to .0025 at open.
ARCA and VNDM both moved up to .0041.
If sell orders at .0023 and .0024 get cancelled pre-market, OTTV will gap up to .0025 at open.
