I will try to keep this simple.
There was a press release about new to the street about 45 days ago discussing 3 penny stocks signing a deal (do a little digging and you may find it). SFOR did not follow through. SO I did a little homework on one of the other companies (I actually hold a very small amount of shares in Premier) that was named in the same press release. Here's what I uncovered.

I'm under the impression SFOR has the same deal.
