That's not an after market trade. It is a Form T Trade. A MM does not have to print the volume right away when executing a trade during market hours but has to account for it within 15 minutes after market close.
That's why occasionally you can see what looks like an aftermarket trade at a price that seems far off from the closing price. So the .00756 trade price that showed up after the close is just the price the MM traded the stock at earlier in the day.
Hope these guys get it together enough for all of the longs to be happy in the end.
