Management has acted very responsible in not handing 6.5 million over to SongBird for that operation. You cannot buy a part 121 certificate. You have to buy an "Airline" with a Part 121 certificate and SongBird just didn't maintain a current enough operation to buy 9 months after ceasing flight ops.
