The main foundation for me with my investment is that the patents were supported. This will reverberate through licensing deals and settlements.
Then there is an interview coming, a hearing, some indication that settlements are moving along, a couple of clues about channel partners... Yeah, we'll see the revenue numbers in the quarterly and annual statements and yes I think it is wise to look farther out in time for everything to come together, but more and more people are going to research this stock each week, month, and quarter, and they will reach their own conclusions.
I like what I see so far, so I added today.
