correct me if i am wrong, but doesn't Entrust have patents of its own? it could be that they have other litigation going on of their own involving those patents which is what made the settlement complicated. if that were the case, then Entrust might have some other confidentiality agreements that compel them to not release those documents. I don't know. it's just a thought and i haven't even looked into that being a possibility as of yet.
