His motive? Higher share price. Share buyback, tender offer, management buying his shares, a new BOD, a new CEO, a takeover, a cash dividend to suffering shareholders. It is clear as the nose on your face, this guy is stuck in the stock at a higher price and wants out.... any way he can. Why else would a guy trash his own investment 10 times a day on a public message board?
