Sounds like they are prepared to pay royalties, but don’t want to over-pay. But it might be a deceptive tactic to try to find a basis not to pay up. But i think they might as well demand to see the NDA with Microsoft?

I think those are binding, are they not? And surely there us an NDA with Entrust, who are standing on it and not budging. Hmmm.... sounds like Entrust might have resulted in something after all. Or, if not, Centrify trying to use a dissimilar case to re-frame their situation.

If someone here with better insights would share their interpretation?
