The fact of the matter is that the Songbird deal wasn't the only option they had to get going, it was just the fastest to get certified. I don't see any reason we should be worried when it comes to this company. Tony is doing what he has to do with the 8K but also being transparent with his updates on the US Global website.

If you want to get out get out, leave. Sell your shares to someone who is willing to wait for this company to take off. Tony isn't rolling over, no he is standing up giving it to us straight like a good CEO/President should do.

Between LTs cryptic message and the latest update from Tony, I myself see no reason to run for the hills.
