TVOG PR states it wants to meet the QB filing requirements first then the Nasdaq.
TVOG states they are now completing the disclosure filing first. I believe this to be for the QB.
I say this because I just got off the phone with Nasdaq and ask how long does it take to submit an electronic disclosure request. They said 10 minutes before the disclosure but the company must be trading on the Nasdaq.
