Had a chat with a Hydro Engineer in Albania one I have talked with before about the Thermal plants and bringing them back into production on natural gas.
He said diesel was way to expensive and that there has not been any commercial feasibility studies preformed yet on NG. but said they can serve for market optimization for production of electricity, and looks to see a mandate to control the production using them in the future.
