I take your point: Li has been sued and that suggests skulduggery on her part. There are other possible explanations, though. She may be incompetent, not criminal. RMHB's reason for including her in the lawsuit may have been strategic, i.e., a way to induce certain behaviors or responses from her. (Like her ponying up the money!) I'll just say it again: I don't have enough information to have a judgment about Li.
