I was accounting for that debt. The problem was the negotiated debt had been known about for months but yet board members kept pushing the stock as a great buy at .015, .014, .010, etc....
I've repeatedly ask the question of why Berman felt the need to buy a shell company. Couldn't he have purchased Cogosense privately and not have to deal with all the BS that surrounds a reverse merger and payoff of debt.? Maybe it has something to do with all the other legs of his holding company.
