That is pretty much what we're doing over here too due to lack of communication. I am optimistic however after receiving an email from D. Foley asking questions about my position and holdings. Something is brewing... I get the impression they want to buy back some/all shares or position themselves to sell the company. I did feel some of the questions were personal and unnecessary such as what is your alias here? Just a thought, not evidence to back it but I have never been asked such questions about my holdings in any company...
