BSTN - Share Structure: You will want to bein this when it runs - it is CHEAP right now - I am loading a little ech day.
"...The share structure is 3M float and 10M AS. 3 Months ago it was at trips w/ 15 Billion plus shares. They own a boat free and clear valued at $3.5M and have no debt. 10M shares at $3.5M (the value of the boat) is 35 cents per share. Nevermind the value of the contracts, good will, the shell itself (a clean OTC low float shell is worth $1M). The damned boat makes it $.35 price per share. A lot has changed in 3 months.
