Yes, its called follow up to guidance.
Why should the company give you guidance when you did no DD when you bought your shares. Now you're down a few cents on the stock and its managements' fault. Why do penny traders and stock flips try to convince real shareholders that they themselves are shareholders. You fool nobody.
