I agree that the announcement that Ropes & Gray had taken us on as a client in four infringement cases, added tremendously to SFOR's legitimacy, and that of its patented technology! As you mentioned, Ropes & Gray do not expose themselves in court unless they have total confidence in the desired results, continuing their winning ways! Their record is on the line with each case, and I'm certain they know how to protect that legacy!
