That's the ONE thing I'm NOT worried about right now!
Reverse splits are common things in the Pink Sheet world-
In fact we had one back in January of '09. MINE was split!
It was miserable, but necessary. No stock had been issued
in many years, so it qualified.
The management has been issuing stock lately, and quite
a bit of it. I doubt seriously if mother FINRA would approve
if they tried to do that. In fact I would bet that FINRA would
hold 'em and the SEC would skin 'em if they tried a reversal
right now!

They don't have much time though, considering it is sub-
penny now. I really hope they come up with a plan that
works.
