Gary are we reading the same presentation? Perhaps I am going blind but where does it say that it is based entirely on U.S. product use? In fact other than mentioning that the company is a Delaware Corporation there is not a single reference to States or the U.S.

With regards to multiple myeloma on page 18 of the presentation there is a reference to the FDA. But aside from that the impression I get is that most of their focus, at least for now, is elsewhere.
