Lily Li is still controlling shareholder but has no executive conrol.She was asked to provide more financing but refused as management would not carry out her plan of beverages including the plum ginseng hemp drink and Eagle Spirit water in barrels for China.If she were CEO and able to implement her project one assumes she would provide financing and hopefully stop the dilution???
