Zblue, I also put this link on the other ONCI board as well as Mary's board. I was in Orlando about a month ago and met with one of the county commissioner's. He and I got onto the ONCI board (I put him onto the other board as it seems to have more DD information than this board -- at least more eye popping anyway) he loved what the company is doing and promised me that he would make sure it was discussed at the next commissioners meeting. I have not called him back yet, but I will this week.
