New York County Supreme Court Cases
For those that are following the cases below, last week there were more documents that were filed. In both cases OWCP is the Plaintiff.
For the malpractice suit both sides have been ordered to submit responses and documents requested as part of the discovery process by December 6. They have also been ordered to stop jerking each other around and to be ready to address their demands at their scheduled conference on December 13.

This next one is more straightforward and all that OWCP is seeking in this case is to make sure they get repaid the loan of $105,224 + interest that they extended to Ziv Turner to purchase 2,104,480 shares.
Not really sure what Jeffrey Low has to do with the other two loans extended to Uri Glazer and Dubi Kochva. Perhaps the company will go after them individually for the amounts they still owe. Maybe someone could elaborate.
One of the documents stated: By reason of the foregoing, defendants Turner, Glazer, and Kochva are liable to Plaintiff in an amount to be determined at trial of this action but in no event less than the sum of $105,224.00, $12,500.00 and $12,500.00, respectively, plus accrued interest, together with Plaintiff's reasonable attorney's fees in connection with the prosecution of this action.
