Michael Welch just e-mailed me wanting to add the following information:
One other thing I forgot to mention to you. Someone filed a petition for cancellation of our trademark. We are vigorously contesting it. We are certain we will prevail. Until there is a finding, which could take as long as 2 years, we completely own the rights to the trademark. So anyone who is saying that we have abandoned our trademark is wrong.
