I think Berman is getting distracted (pun intended) from his main business by doing all these other deals. If he can't satisfy demand for bSafeMobile then fix the problem. He can only make 2-3000 units per month and is claiming to have orders for 3x that amount. Takes time and a whole lot of money to set up (or ha ha buy) factories in other countries. If Berman is taking a 25% commission on his contracts and the factor is taking 20% on the A/R, and the company is paying for Steve to travel all over the world, not much is left for cost of materials and G&A expenses.
