There is little harm in being optimistic and sharing pr and other soft news with people that are long OWCP. As for myself, i see the pps moving in a narrow range of support and resistance, say, .25 to .50 until specific and meaningful news is reported and can be used to project real and immediate sales growth. Until that time occurs the reality of OWCP is that of a company that has yet to report any revenues. Potential, worthy of investment................yes, but like baseball,until someone crosses the plate..................
