the democrats will allow some of the 140 vacant judge positions to be filled and things will start to change.
4 Jews, 4 Roman Catholics 1 other on the Supreme Court is a problem also. Not a representation of the US population. Jews are only 2 % of US population Roman Catholic's only 20%. Protestants make up the majority. The make up started to change when Kennedy was elected.
Which gets me back to growing up in the 60's the Roman Catholic Church made a play on the public school system...Protestant balked. Then we got title 9 and other stuff by the early 80's.
