Agree. The large deal with McAfee only happens with the legal resolution brought by R&G victory (settlement). However, I expect a NDA just like the one that came with the $9.7 million Microsoft settlement. Sorry to be the Christmas Grinch but that is MHO based on what happened with MSFT.
