Thanks for posting 3 power update. It was a surprise we received this before hand. I was really glad and like to read this statement: It shows they hit roadblocks along the way as we mentioned prior. It has been a long road. Looking forward to 2018 and a nice Financing package for the projects. We know they have it or they wouldn't of posted this. I wish they would tell us. They have their reasons. Patience will be our key to success with PSPW.

long and difficult road to complete economically feasible and viable Hydro Power Studies and
to obtain the requisite concessions. But this has now been achieved. We look forward to
working with our future strategic, technical and financial partners to construct the plants and
to bring them into revenue at an early date.”
