It appears that Industry Capital owns a stake in Vfuels/Vgas and has placed a managing director in the organization.
It also looks like with the resources available to vfuels, they would have no trouble completing the 10,000 bbl unit. I imagine they would also have extremely good connections to get mmex financing.
