I have no idea how many shares will be involved in the cancellation.
The important aspect is that if the defendants still had any rights to sell shares - common or formerly restricted - that they had acquired cheap at any time in the past - remember this is going back some years not just recently - the holdings will effectively be confiscated now and that number of shares cancelled.
In the case of $AHIX, that certainly explains the repeated nonsensical wiping out of 500M > 1B bids at .0001 by selling at .000099 only days after 100M / 200M has been bought at .0001 and .0002s had started on various occasions in the past.
