Well...
where I live they have the Meijer trail...very nice for running walking and biking...
However even in a small community. I would never venture out on it at night...other than the open well lite parts...male or female.
Why ask for trouble...there are 24 hour gyms...
Remember 20 years looking at a site to build on. 30 acre's close to town. Came to a grove of tree's. It looked like someone had a sex camp setup there...
Lots of weirdo's out there ... 40 years ago most were locked up...then we got into this liberal rehab thing. There are some you just can't rehab and or medicate....known and unknown these day's...were not talking normal run of the mill stuff that consenting adults do ... talking way far out there deviates...
State of Illinois closed Mental Hospitals in the late 70's early 80's. Many were placed in nursing homes. Had my mother in a nursing home for Alzheimer's at the time. One of the mental patients that was placed by the state, got hold of her and almost beat her to death.
Things are worse now some almost 40 years later...
